Guiding vision for the programme
The programme of The Collectors Circle is shaped by both relevance and diversity. Our programmes reflect the art sector in all its plurality and range of voices. This means that we actively work towards a balanced programme, with particular attention to diversity and inclusion. We also make room for artists and projects that are relevant right now. Contemporary art, in particular, reflects the society we live in. Art is more than just a pretty picture. The ideas that underpin them, including research, intention and reflection, are what give it value. The artists of today, often from your own generation, engage with issues that matter right now, such as racism, feminism and the environment. These are the voices we wish to amplify in our programming.
