The Collectors Circle Lisbon hub offers an exciting and varied in person monthly program introducing you to the vibrant and rapidly growing and increasingly international art scene in Lisbon. Meet artists, professionals, seasoned collectors and other art lovers during our events, ranging from a peek inside artists’ studios to visiting extraordinary private collections to exploring the best galleries, art fairs, and non-profit and institutional art spaces Lisbon has to offer.
About us
Art complicated or just for the happy few? Not at all! The Collectors Circle brings you behind the scenes of the art world and opens doors that usually remain closed. Our events are accessible for all entry levels and a little different from your usual art event: we offer not just a combination of inspirational and practical information, but also a social network of like-minded people.
The Collectors Circle
The aim of The Collectors Circle is to inspire a new generation of art collectors; not only to enrich their own lives, but also to sustainably support the art sector. The Collectors Circle Lisbon is part of The Collectors Circle, whose headquarters are based in Amsterdam. Jemi Laclé
Jemi, born and raised on the Dutch-Caribbean island Aruba, is an avid traveler and has a passion for the arts and design. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise working in international development, diplomacy, human-centered innovation, tech and the creative industries. She is a sustainability curator, a facilitator of key international convenings, a global connector and a passionate international partnerships and grassroots community builder. Jemi lived and worked in Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, North America and South America.
